What Youll Do:
As a Healthcare Recruiter with Dower Personnel Services youll be the driving force behind connecting exceptional healthcare professionals with facilities that need them. Heres how youll make a difference:

• Be a Talent Scout: Identify source and engage toptier healthcare candidates (like RNs LPNs and CNAs) who are eager to make a difference.
• Create Perfect Matches: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and match them with the right talent.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with healthcare professionals and clients becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
• Make Deals Happen: Handle negotiations offers and placements with finesse to ensure a winwin for candidates and clients.

• 100% CommissionBased: Earn an attractive commission of 40% per successful placement with no cap on earnings.
