As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and international shipping. Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Logistics Operations: Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  2. Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the availability of necessary inventory. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
  3. International Shipping: Facilitate international shipping operations, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with import/export regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure efficient movement of goods across borders.
  4. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  5. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and provide accurate shipping information. Ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with sales platforms, such as Salesforce and Shopify, to track orders, shipments, and inventory.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and transportation costs. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  7. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delays, damages, or shipment errors. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions and prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and import/export compliance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Shopify (or similar sales platforms) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools to track shipments and analyze data.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Schedule and Salary

  • Monday -Friday 9am-6pm
  • $45K-55K Based on experience
  • Wynwood, Miami
