MEP/BAS Technical Manager

Position Overview
The MEP/BAS Technical Manager will oversee the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems for various projects. This role involves managing an engineering team, ensuring project specifications are met, and implementing effective training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEP and BAS projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and technical knowledge.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP/BAS project management.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in training and skill development initiatives.
  • Excellent technical communication and reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management and mitigation strategies.
