Job Description

The ServiceNow Data Platform powers enterprise solution experiences across our global cloud and hundreds of thousands of customer instances, delivering a scalable data foundation and automation services for the NOW Platform. Come join the Data Platform team and work with a world-class engineering team to provide rock-solid reliability and reimagine the data and orchestration framework for our rapidly growing cloud infrastructure.

What you get to do in this role:

• Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus
• Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
• Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
• Develop data strategy and help formalize partnerships with external vendors or companies to enhance product offeringsIntegrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
• Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 2+ years of software product management experience
• Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
• Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
• Deep curiosity about customer needs, along with building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $121,600 - $188,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
