Full time eDiscovery Attorney - New Opportunity - (Multi Office)

 

A prominent legal team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eDiscovery Attorney to join its eDiscovery and Information Management group . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong experience in eDiscovery who are looking to expand their skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Please note that this position is not on the partnership track.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters.
• Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets, and standards.
• Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, orders, and agreements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with case teams, including partners, and clients regarding eDiscovery project execution, implementation, and status updates.
• Collaborate with case teams, clients, and vendors on the identification and collection of client data.
• Prepare accurate budgets and revenue forecasts, along with monthly invoice reviews for review projects.
• Create and manage document review workflows, including quality control processes.
• Oversee preparation of document productions.
• Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to enhance work product and performance.
• Foster and maintain a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
• 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery (in-house, law firm, government, etc.).

• Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and business professionals.
• Provide timely and high-quality work product, meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Foster positive working relationships and comply with firm policies.
• Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands:

• Sedentary work requiring minimal physical effort (exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally).
• Extended periods of sitting while performing job functions.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid model with some in-office expectations.

Pay Transparency:

• The expected hiring range for this position is $150,000-$260,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
