About the Role

As a Business Operations Manager at Centari, you will be instrumental in establishing the foundation for the company's operational excellence and growth. Working closely with the executive team, you will drive key initiatives, optimize processes, and build the infrastructure needed to scale our business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute strategic business initiatives and drive operational improvements across the organization

  • Define and measure critical business metrics, creating dashboards and reports to track company performance and inform decision-making

  • Manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment across teams and driving accountability

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enable company growth

  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

  • Lead special projects and ad-hoc analyses to address business challenges and opportunities

  • Develop and document key operational processes and standard operating procedures

  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in high-performance environments, preferably in management consulting, financial services, or high-growth startups

  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of ambiguous problems

  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms

  • Bachelor's degree and exceptional academic record required

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a Chief of Staff or in a similar business operations role

  • MBA

  • Familiarity with the legal tech or financial technology sectors

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup environment

  • Proficiency with using generative AI in enterprise settings
