What this role does specifically:

• The Technician will arrive at the Shine office in the morning, attend a morning morning, help load the vehicles with the proper equipment, and travel to homes and businesses assisting the Crew Leader
• Cleaning windows
• Pressure washing
• Cleaning gutters
• Installing Christmas lights

Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service (There will be daily interactions with clients)
• Trustworthy when dealing with high-end clients
• Landscaping / Outdoor Experience huge plus
• Ladder Work huge plus
• Not afraid of heights (REQUIRED)
• Clean-Cut / Professional Looking
• Safety is top priority!
• High Energy and Outgoing attitude is a requirement

Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Physical Demands:

• Commercial and residential window cleaning
• Fast paced labor intensive work
• Bending, reaching for long hours
• Must be able to lift / carry 50+ pounds
• Ladder Work

Entry Level - Window Cleaning Technician Benefits:

• 5 paid vacation days, 5 paid holidays (after six months)

Compensation: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
