We are looking for a Portfolio CAM Manager who will bring enthusiasm, dedication, and a keen eye to the role. We are seeking someone who is passionate about protecting our store P&L's and promoting the effective maintenance of our properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in the in-depth analysis of legal documents and CAM obligations. Additionally, they will excel in auditing reconciliations and invoices, ensuring all financial aspects are meticulously managed.

This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, as they will work cross-functionally with various teams, including accounting, finance, store operations, Facilities Services, and others. By fostering strong partnerships and communication across these departments, the Portfolio CAM Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our properties and supporting the overall success of our operations.

We are looking for individuals who have the following skill sets and experiences:

  • Managing and reviewing all common area maintenance (“CAM”) obligations in a designated geographic territory.

  • Determining CAM responsibility under governing legal documents; ensuring Walmart is paying an appropriate pro-rata share of costs and/or fulfilling its responsibilities.

  • Completing audits and reconciliations of CAM billing.

  • Coordinating with accounting to ensure that CAM costs are accrued and accounted for correctly.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
