As a leading provider of Catholic pilgrimages, we're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who shares our passion for providing outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of clients. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our tours, services, and destinations to engage prospective clients and create a strong first impression
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from sales leads and existing clients in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and interactions in our CRM system, including contact information, preferences, and booking details
• Play a crucial role in fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to help refine processes, enhance our services, and exceed our clients' expectations.

Qualifications:

• Confident and personable on the phone, with excellent communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and punctual
• Must have a quiet home office environment
• Full-time availability during regular business hours (M-F 9-5pm PST)
