Senior Recruiter

Alliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly skilled  Senior Recruiter to join our team in the Lansdowne, VA office, preferred. We are open to Scottsdale, AZ and Washington, D.C. as well. As a Senior Recruiter, you are a vital part of the Recruiting Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Recruiting and are primarily responsible for providing full cycle recruiting for open positions at ADF. You will also partner with business leaders and consult them on their hiring needs, determining the best way forward to attract and close top talent.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Develop trust with hiring managers by communicating effectively, delivering on deadlines, maintaining candidate relationships, facilitating debrief sessions, and creating sell strategies
  • Strategize directly with executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional teams by sharing recruiting metrics, internal data, and external trends for decisions on interviewing and hiring top talent
  • Direct the candidate interview experience by effectively preparing them for the interview process, anticipating roadblocks in their decision-making, and partnering with senior leaders to close them
  • Source prospective candidates, evaluate candidate applications, conduct recruiter interviews, submit candidates to hiring managers, conduct candidate touchpoint conversations, facilitate debrief meetings, and close candidates on their offers
  • Document candidate information daily within the Applicant Tracking System and the Recruiting Tracker

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive Recruiting and HR matters

Education and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience in partnering with executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years of executive recruiting experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of legal recruiting experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of staffing agency experience is preferred
