Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee every aspect of the project, from construction to budget management, ensuring all objectives align with contract terms and timelines.
  • Develop and implement detailed schedules, pay estimates, and resource plans to meet production goals and maintain project flow.
  • Lead and inspire your project team, creating staffing plans and ensuring the successful completion of all objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership in project pursuits, contract negotiations, and stakeholder collaborations.
  • Forge partnerships with regulatory bodies, landowners, and business owners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, managing change orders and presenting monthly project reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure top-tier safety standards are met, adhering to strict safety guidelines for both company and client.

What You’ll Need:

  • 15+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong background in managing large, complex projects.
  • 10+ years leading and managing project teams.
  • Specific experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is an asset.
  • Expertise in project delivery methods such as bid-build, CMGC, and design-build.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to mentor cross-functional project teams.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
