Job Description

The Procurement Cluster Manager - ETO, is responsible to lead, develop and operationalize the procurement plan for a group of plants of ETO (Enginering to Order) cluster, by executing and delivering the supplier and financial performance for a group of plants of ETO cluster. This position is a team management role to be based in Nashville, TN , with traveling necessary to perform the core responsibilities of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Focusing on Supply Chain Resiliency.
  • Ensure Business continuity respective ETO(Engineering to Order) business scope.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain planning team and category management to ensure Resiliency program / capacity enhancement program in place for respective scope.
  • Work closely with Line of Business and North America Region ETO industrial team to prepare future evolution of ETO Procurement function towards business growth and Industrial footprint.
  • Manage day to day operation with ETO specific suppliers for respective scope.
  • Ensure the involvement of the procurement function, the introduction of supplier strategies as earlier as possible in the project stage.
  • Plan and deploy procurement levers to drive cost savings and performance improvement.
  • Drives productivity projects such as Quality Value Engineering (QVE), Change of Supplier (COS)/Re-balancing, Lean at Supplier.
  • Formulate cross functional levers for Supplier performance, innovation, and sustainable growth with key stakeholder validation.
  • Develop and maintain productivity forecasts.
  • Maintain and track performance dashboard, accountable for the consolidated cluster productivity performance.
  • Support & align development and execution of procurement categories strategy.
  • Support negotiation. Ownership of delegated global Negotiations and regional categories.
  • Share Strategy, Supplier base and best practices with the organization.
  • Maintains accuracy of financial records at the cluster level and drive the Annual Procurement Operational Plan (APOP)
  • Manage Regional cross functional team partnership with the Business Owners.
  • Compliance to Procurement Excellence System (PES)
  • Lead of team of 10+ procurement professionals across 5-7 plants in North America.
  • This position has travel expectations of 25% within North America.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelors in supply chain management or engineering or any other related field is required MBA (Preferred - not mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of ETO business.
  • Be able to navigate in a complex environment and organization.
  • Be able to connect with people and create strong networking in ETO organization.
  • Be able to build strong relationship with Plant's different teams.
  • Be able to influence, convince and drive positive change management.
  • Customer Centric, Strategic Thinking, Decision Maker, Problem Solving.
  • Capability of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Have full accountability and leadership of the topics managing end to end governance.
  • Navigate and adapt in front of different stakeholders and peers.
  • Experience in procurement or category management.
  • Effective communication - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally.
