Gateway Foundation’s Rawlins location offers a unique opportunity to work in a maximum-security male facility, serving specialized programs in a structured, therapeutic environment. This location is ideal for those who appreciate a quieter, more isolated setting, with access to outdoor recreation and Yellowstone just a few hours away .
We provide compensated travel time for long-distance commuters and a relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500 for those moving for the role. Staff enjoy free daily meals , strong team camaraderie, and opportunities to participate in DOC-sponsored events, fundraisers, and community initiatives .

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (40-hour week).
