Job Description

We are excited to invite an experienced Regional Property Manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties in the beautiful Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah area. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day operations, asset management, maintenance, revenue collections, training, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Property Performance: Ensure that properties meet ownership goals and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support on-site teams by effectively communicating property objectives and tracking progress toward goals.
- Revenue Management: Oversee revenue collections, manage legal notices, and handle eviction processes as necessary.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all regulatory standards are consistently met.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage property and maintenance staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Approve accounts payable, purchase orders, and other financial transactions to maintain smooth operations.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to uphold operational standards and address any issues promptly.
- Budget Development: Develop annual budgets, prepare financial reports, and communicate effectively with property owners.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure the enforcement of agency regulations and resident policies to maintain a positive community atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing multiple properties and teams, showcasing your ability to lead effectively.
- Strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with property management software (experience with Yardi is preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on affordable housing programs (such as Section 8, HUD, RD, Tax Credit, etc.) is highly desirable.

Work Environment & Travel:

This is a remote position with up to 50% travel required for property inspections and meetings.
