BKCO is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Recruiter to join our team in the Seattle area. Based at one of our Seattle area offices, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our growing organization. Your expertise in the real estate market and your ability to build strong relationships will be key to driving our recruitment efforts. If you are passionate about real estate and have a knack for spotting potential, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top real estate talent through various sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with BKCO.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle , from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Run weekly sales meetings in the office.
• Coach and consult your top agents on their business.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of real estate roles and industry-specific requirements
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using the Google platform
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
