Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and deliver projects efficiently. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, oversee Jira boards, and create impactful presentations for executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
• Utilize Jira to track progress, assign tasks, and manage project workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and status updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in technology or similar fast-paced industries.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
