Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Rehab

Location: Coos Bay, OR

Shift Type: Days (10-Hour Shifts)

Hourly Pay Rate: $41.00 - $63.00

Role Overview:

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients requiring rehabilitation services. This includes conducting assessments, developing care plans, providing treatments, and modifying interventions as needed to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care, monitor progress, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to educate patients, families, and team members on therapy plans.
• Consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
