We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time bookkeeper to join our friendly team in the Atlanta metro area. If you have a passion for numbers and a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial transactions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience required.
- Record downloaded bank transactions and handle undeposited funds while ensuring accurate matching of bank deposits.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage loan transactions, including the recording of principal and interest splits.
- Add and track assets and set up recurring depreciation and amortization entries.
- Review Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent service and support.

Qualifications:

- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Candidates located in the metro-Atlanta area are preferred.

Position Details:

This position offers the flexibility of remote work for 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future. References will be required.
