Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are excited to invite applications for a part-time bookkeeper position at our accounting firm in the Atlanta metro area. We are looking for an experienced professional who has a passion for numbers and a dedication to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize QuickBooks Online effectively with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Record downloaded bank transactions, manage undeposited funds, and match bank deposits.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
Handle loan transactions by recording principal and interest splits.
Add assets and set up recurring depreciation and amortization entries.
Review Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to identify and correct discrepancies.
Manage payroll transactions with attention to detail.
Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
A self-starter who thrives in a remote work setting.
Position Details:

This role offers remote work flexibility, requiring 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future.
We prefer candidates located in the metro Atlanta area.
