Our Offer Procurement Leader plays a crucial role in supporting new product development projects and end-to-end product lifecycle, following the Offer Lifecycle Management model. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help drive our global procurement strategy while ensuring alignment with business needs and values.
What will you do? - About Product Line Lifecycle :
- Understanding the projects & evolution roadmap of the product line.
- Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for procurement topics for all stakeholders (GSC (Global Supply Chain), LoB: upstream activities)
- Coordinate the procurement strategy across the product line portfolio
- Analyze and challenge the roadmap and projects needs
- Challenge & Influence Strategic Supplier choices: ensure that Category Management choices fit with business needs
- Bring supplier market knowledge and innovation into projects.
- For major suppliers: participate in key supplier negotiation preparation and negotiation when relevant.
- On projects execution :
- Influence and Deploy commodity strategy, Preferred Suppliers & method (Should cost, e-sourcing template)
- Lead the supplier mapping & selection process.
- Lead negotiation end to end starting from preparation up to the award of the business (including e-RFQ)
- Provide inputs for the CSRM (Component Selection and Risk Management) / SRIM (Supplier Risk Management) analysis to the project team
- Accountable for Procurement activities within new product projects
- Accountable for the elaboration of the different Procurement deliverables
- Guide components & sub-assembly selection with a procurement approach (Challenging the target cost, considering Total Cost of Ownership, Innovation, sustainability, avoiding single sourcing, promoting component standardization, supply chain flexibility, resilience & quality).
- Contribute to the achievement of OCP project targets (product cost, project cost, quality, and time-to-market) while respecting the procurement processes and strategy.
- Contribute to the make-or-buy decision
- Challenge the specification, define PPEP (Part Product Evaluation Plan) and lead contract reviews.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required, with a master's or MBA being a plus.
- Job Related Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a Procurement/Sourcing team of a Multinational corporation, including startegic sourcing and supplier management.
- Business Understanding: Experience in components supply chain and industrial product application is advantageous. Strong business acumen is essential.
- Others: Proficiency in English, multicultural experience, a team player, and digital acumen are highly valued.
