Home Study Administrative Assistant

Location: Springfield, MA

Part-Time: 20 hours per week

Pay: $21 per hour

ServiceNet, a leading Human Services agency, is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Home Study Administrative Assistant , you will be responsible for overseeing the vetting process for potential shared living providers, conducting annual home visits for audits, maintaining provider site records, and managing new applications and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CORI checks and vet potential shared living providers.
  • Perform annual visits to provider homes to complete yearly audits.
  • Maintain records of provider sites and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Send out applications and respond to new provider requests.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to home study processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in administrative roles or human services preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; multilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Technology: Proficiency in data management and record-keeping software.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
