Indiana Fitness Works is looking for a full time Healthcare Recruiter in Indianapolis, IN. This is not a remote position. Indiana Fitness Works is a privately owned and operated rehabilitation company. We provide Physical, Occupational and Speech/Language Therapy as well as nursing services to skilled and pediatric facilities. This is a professional organization to support you with an integrated approach to recruiting. In this role, you will be recruiting positions as needed for long term care facilities. We recruit for 15 Skilled long term care facilities, 5 assisted living facilities, 2 pediatrics facilities, and Home Health services. The Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities :
-Running ads for hire, monitoring, and following up on candidates
-Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
-Screening and interviewing candidates
-Negotiate job offers for nursing staff
-Onboarding new hires, setting up applicant’s files, and setting up orientation
-Staying up to date on licenses and medical documents
-Focus on improving retention and recruiting needs

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma – Bachelor’s degree preferred
-2 years of experience in a recruitment role
-Previous experience in healthcare
-Excellent written and oral skills
