The Ideal Candidate We Seek:

**Holds at least a Cache L3 qualification or above (or possesses a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or any relevant field; having a Master's degree is considered advantageous).

**Has proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or in any similar role that demonstrates deep understanding of child development theories as well as best practices.

**Excels in communication skills with both children from different backgrounds as well as building trust and rapport with parents.
