Electronics Technician Maintenance III

Our work depends on Electronics Technician Maintenance III joining our team to assist in the fielding, maintenance, and repair of various undersea vehicles and equipment used by the US Navy in various mission areas.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associates of Science or equivalent work experience
Required Experience: 4+ years of related experience electronics testing and maintenance
Required/Desired Technical Skills:

- Trouble shooting and repair of electrical systems (electronics/hydraulics)

- Ability conduct operations/repair in a methodical Safety Program

- Logic Circuits and Programmable Controllers

- Power Distribution and Load Calculations

- Hands-on labs in Residential Wiring, Conduit & Tubing, and Motor Controls

- Soldering (IPC-A-610)

- CAD/CAM applications in design and manufacturing.

- Ability to communicate and work within a tight-knit, specialized team

- General workshop skills and tool knowledge

Security Clearance Level: ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
Location: NSWC Panama City Division

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $30.66 - $41.48. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
