**Directional Driller Operator**

Our client, a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a skilled and experienced Directional Driller Operator to join their team. .**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment used in civil construction projects.
- Set up and secure drilling equipment according to safety regulations.
- Follow project plans and blueprints to accurately position and drill holes for various purposes.
- Monitor drilling operations to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- Inspect equipment for any damages or issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Perform heavy equipment operation tasks, including operating directional drilling machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate drilling operations.
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation for each project.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically directional drilling.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
