Primary Purpose: The Designer, Jewelry is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing fashion driven jewelry designs (for mainline and outlet) that are reflective of the creative vision and Kate Spade aesthetic. You will be part of a dynamic, creative environment and collaborate with talented designers and cross-functional partners.

- uphold design integrity, quality execution and creativity throughout the entire creative process, putting technical specs and design approval of production pieces.

- 5+ years experience working with jewelry design
- ability to hand-sketch as well as render sketches digitally is essential
- strong computer skills in illustrator and photoshop+, 3D CAD skill is plus
- organized and detailed oriented, ability to multi-task
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong interpersonal relationships
