Summary As a Designer at TPN, you play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of some of the world's most renowned brands. On any given day, you might be crafting AI-generated imagery for presentations, illustrating eye-catching graphics for product packaging, or designing brand identities for a product launch.

Core Accountabilities - Create compelling designs for visual branding, advertising, interactive experiences, packaging, product design, retail displays and store design, trade shows, presentations and templates
- Lead the development of creative concepts and ensure execution to the highest standards
- Stay on the pulse of visual trends across pop culture, design, and technology, infusing them into your work
- Translate client strategies into compelling visual designs that resonate with target audiences
- Confidently challenge client perspectives in a constructive manner, offering fresh, innovative design solutions
- Ensure all branding aligns with the client’s vision, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints
- Adapt and version creative programs for multiple media platforms, ensuring flawless execution from concept to production
- Foster a collaborative working environment across teams and departments, serving as an influencer and mentor to other creatives
Core Skills - Exceptional concepting and creative problem-solving skills, supported by a diverse portfolio.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional design techniques.
- Mastery of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
- Strong knowledge of client industries and business objectives, with an ability to align creative work to strategic goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and defend creative work clearly and persuasively.
- A keen ability to handle feedback constructively while maintaining the integrity of your creative ideas.
Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Art Direction/Design, preferably within an agency environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Figma.
- Motion, UI, and digital design experience are a plus but not required.
- Participation in agency-wide learning and development opportunities.
- Flexibility to handle tight deadlines and fast-paced work environments.
- A passion for delivering exceptional creative work that exceeds client expectations.
