About the Opportunity:

FedTec is seeking skilled Cyber Security Specialist(Penetration Tester) to oversee and execute the full penetration testing lifecycle for in-scope applications..

Job Title : Cyber Security Specialist(Penetration Tester)

Location : Lanham MD(REMOTE)

Job Type : Full-time

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage tasks across the entire penetration testing lifecycle for in-scope applications to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Create pentest schedule, coordinate with developers, collect data to support testing, execute pentest, compile findings, create defect ticket and hand-off vulnerability to security analysts.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve efficiency of existing pentest processes.
• Threat modeling development; likelihood and impact of exploit, data flows, APIs, potential vulnerabilities, control mitigations.
• Coordinate with vulnerability team for tracking.
• Familiar with tools including IBM AppScan, NexusIQ, NetSparker, and Twistlock.

Qualifications :

• Must have current IRS-MBI clearance.
• Must have IRS- GFE laptop .
• Must have a PIV card .
