*This position is temporary until 1/31/25 with the possibility to become temp-to-hire.

Hours/Shift: Hybrid role, 3 days working on-site. 8:30am-5pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Handling inbound calls, with a focus on order placement, rewards program maintenance, and addressing concerns/complaints.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilizing Outlook, MS Word, and Excel for administrative tasks.
• Collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional service.

• Have strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service industry.
• Are confident in using Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
• Have excellent communication skills and can handle customer concerns/complaints effectively.
