Responsibilities:

Position Summary: 

Motivated and results-driven Team Lead with a strong background in customer service and performance management. Experienced in leading teams through coaching, quality assurance evaluations, and real-time support to ensure exceptional service delivery across phone, email, and chat channels. Adept at resolving escalated issues, aligning team performance with company standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Equipped with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Known for staying calm under pressure, actively listening, and demonstrating empathy while driving results. Brings a strong sense of urgency, reliability, and a “can-do” mindset, with the flexibility to support team operations during weekends, holidays, and peak times. Committed to developing talent, maintaining team morale, and exceeding service goals.

 

 

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:

· Strong computer (Excel/Outlook) skills.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

· Stay calm under pressure.

· Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma/GED

· Minimum 6 months of dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment.

· Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school a plus!
