Key Responsibilities:

- Process accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients and managing payments.
- Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and bills.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Daily update and categorize bank transactions for accurate record-keeping.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as needed to support our team's objectives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Zoho Books is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with GA Tax Law is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and vendors.
